Alex Grzechowski (Co-CEO)
I am a third year Economics student at Binghamton University in New York. I have 4 years of self-taught programming skills and I am eager to dive into new projects. Being a part of FoodCLUB has lead to me learning something new everyday. From Artificial Intelligence integration to team management, FoodCLUB has provided me an endless amount of beneficial skills. With our amazing team, we hope to provide a seamless platform that innovates the cooking industry for the better!
Jakub Kreczetowski (Co-CEO)
My name is Jakub and I'm BSc Computer Science student at University of Sheffield. My favourite hobbies include going to the gym and extreme sports like motocross and bungee jumping. Additionally, I'm software engineering passionate and I love big challenges. I wanted my work to have purpose, so I joined the FoodCLUB. FoodCLUB has allowed me to develop new skills like leading teams and working on my time management. I emphasize on best practices and technical excellence. Taking CEO role was a huge distinction for me and I'm motivated to continue our mission of making people's life easier and reducing food waste.

Hey everyone! I'm Srinivas, the guy who makes things look cool at FoodCLUB. When I'm not doing that, I'm out exploring new places, taking pictures, and kicking a football around. I love making stuff that's easy for people to use – like designing phone apps and websites. Got a degree in making things look good and work well. Our Leadership
Our leadership consists of the C-Suite, managers, leaders and team members. Our meritocratic culture promotes the most committed and talented right to the top.
Our Sprints
We have weekly sprints. Our tech teams meet with our team in our eOffice Voice channels to discuss our weekly tasks, progress, and issues at 1:30pm every Saturday and at 2:00pm with the company.

We've created our very own eOffice where team members note down attendance for their shifts and join relevant voice channels for meetings and for collaboration.
Our Equity Policy
We have a 6 months equity policy. This allows us to assess the best people and their commitment and skills. Equity will start being allocated after V2 is released. Our first 15 team members will have founder's benefits.
Our Onboarding
To allow new joiners to easily integrate, we have onboarding booklets, coding conventions, 1:1 calls, and time to get familiar with the workspace and codebase.
